About the Mastermind
The Leadership Lift-Off Mastermind equips you with the tools, accountability, and guidance needed to break through feeling stuck and thrive as a group practice owner. You'll join a supportive group of like-minded therapists who, like you, are motivated to move forward with intention, drive, and commitment to success—creating momentum in a way nothing else can.
The program consists of a blend of group and individual coaching and mentorship, including biweekly 90-minute group calls and one individual call over a period of six months.

Transformation: Spend six months focusing on yourself and the changes you want to make in your practice.
Systems Refinement: We will be reading through the books Traction and Clockwork together to identify the team and leadership style that works best for you as you create a business that has effective systems and processes in place.

You’ll be matched with an accountability partner and together you’ll support each other to stay on track, meeting your goals, and navigate challenges along the way.

Dig into those business books that have been collecting dust on your night table. We’ll sharpen your business acumen and provide you with tools for doing business better. We will be working through “Traction” and “Clockwork” and take suggestions for others you want to discuss.

This program is your opportunity to gain clarity, accountability, and actionable guidance to overcome challenges and make meaningful progress in your business.
With six months of structured support, you’ll develop the tools, strategies, and confidence to break through the barriers holding you back and create the thriving practice you’ve always envisioned.
