Why Choosing a Package Matters
When we work together over multiple sessions, I get to know you, your practice, and your goals. I understand how you think, where you tend to get stuck, and what matters most to you as a leader.
This continuity allows me to support you more effectively. I can spot patterns over time, notice when something is off, and help you course-correct before small issues become bigger problems. Packages create space for implementation, reflection, and adjustment, not just problem-solving.
Choosing a package allows us to move beyond quick fixes and into meaningful, sustainable change.
About the Individual Coaching Approach and Levels of Support
Different Levels of Support
Group practice owners need different kinds of support at different stages of growth. Some moments call for a focused strategy conversation, while other seasons require consistent guidance, accountability, and space to think.
The coaching packages offered here are intentionally designed as different levels of support. You can choose a one-time Strategy Session for clarity around a specific issue, or a multi-session package that allows us to build momentum, revisit decisions, and support you as your practice evolves.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. The right level of support depends on the complexity of your practice, the decisions you are facing, and how much space you want for reflection, planning, and leadership development.
Why Coaching Helps
Running a group practice often means you are holding everything in your head. You are making decisions quickly, responding to challenges as they arise, and carrying responsibility for your team, your clients, and your business.
Coaching creates space to slow down and see what you cannot see on your own. It helps you step out of day-to-day reactivity and into clearer, more intentional leadership. Through coaching, patterns become visible, priorities sharpen, and decisions feel less heavy.
Coaching is not about being told what to do. It is about having a supportive, strategic space where your thinking deepens, your confidence grows, and your next steps become clearer.
Coaching Packages
How Do I Know Which Package to Choose?
If you are looking for focused clarity around one specific challenge, the Strategy Session may be the right fit. If you want deeper support, accountability, and space to build momentum over time, one of the coaching packages will likely serve you better.
While the Strategy Session is a stand-alone investment, coaching packages begin at $1200 and increase based on the length and depth of support. The longer we work together, the more context I have about you, your practice, and your leadership goals, which allows for more strategic, personalized guidance.
Between-Session Support
All coaching packages include access to me between sessions for brief support, questions, or reflections via Voxer or email. This allows you to stay connected, get unstuck more quickly, and maintain momentum between our meetings.
Between-session support is designed for clarity and guidance, not crisis support or real-time problem-solving. I respond during business hours and within agreed-upon boundaries so the support remains sustainable for both of us.

One-Off Business Strategy Session for Group Practice Owners
Description
A Strategy Session is a focused, high-level business coaching session for group practice owners who want clarity, direction, and confident next steps. This one-hour session is ideal when you are facing a specific challenge, decision, or moment of uncertainty and want experienced, strategic support.
These sessions are intentionally priced higher than packages to reflect the depth, intensity, and CEO-level thinking required. The goal is to cut through overwhelm, identify what truly matters, and create a clear, realistic plan forward.
-
Strategy Sessions are best suited for group practice owners who want targeted support around a specific issue rather than ongoing coaching. This is ideal if you need clarity quickly or want guidance before making an important decision.
-
Common topics include leadership challenges, hiring or HR decisions, finances and cash flow, systems and workflows, boundaries and capacity, or strategic planning for growth or change.
-
For some owners, yes. A single session can provide clarity, direction, and next steps. Others find that continued support through a package better supports implementation and momentum.
-
Strategy Sessions are stand-alone and do not include follow-up or continuity. Coaching packages allow for deeper work over time, accountability, and support through implementation.
Coaching Packages
-
The Strategic Support Package is designed for group practice owners who want consistent, high-level business coaching without committing to a long-term container. This package includes four one-hour coaching sessions that can be used as needed.
These sessions provide space for thoughtful pattern recognition, direct feedback, and strategic problem-solving. We can build momentum around one priority or address different leadership and business challenges as they arise. Why Work With Me?
Hi, I’m Lisa Catallo, a therapist and group practice owner-turned-business-coach who understands the challenges and opportunities of building a thriving group practice in Canada.
From starting my own private practice to running two thriving group practices across multiple locations, I’ve experienced the highs, the hurdles, and the "aha" moments.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle clients, family, paperwork, and finances—all while navigating province-specific requirements like those in Ontario. That’s why I’m passionate about helping therapists like you build practices that align with your goals, personality, and values.
Coaching as a Guide, Not a Formula
My role as a business coach is to help you see the big picture while staying grounded in the realities of running a group practice. I bring a different set of eyes to your business, informed by years of experience building and leading group practices and coaching other owners through growth and transition.
I have been where you are. I understand the pressures, the blind spots, and the common pitfalls that can slow growth or drain your energy. Because of that, I can help you anticipate challenges, strengthen your systems, and make decisions that align with your values and long-term vision.
Coaching is about helping you become the best version of yourself as a leader. My role is not to take over or prescribe a rigid plan, but to guide you, challenge you when needed, and support you in building a practice that truly serves you.
The term coaching can mean different things to different people. Here’s a bit about how I view myself as a coach to therapists who are growing a group practice.

FAQs
-
Yes! Many clients begin with a single session to clarify goals and then transition to a package that accommodates their needs best.
-
While the terms “coaching” and “mentorship” are often used interchangeably, there’s a subtle difference—especially in the context of growing your group practice.
Think of it this way: I’ve walked ahead of you. I’ve built and scaled successful group practices, so I know the challenges, opportunities, and pitfalls that come with growth. Mentorship is about sharing that experience, guiding you through situations I’ve already navigated, and offering advice tailored to your unique practice.
Coaching, on the other hand, is more about helping you uncover your own solutions, clarify your goals, and create actionable strategies that fit your vision. In practice, my approach blends both: I provide mentorship based on my experience while coaching you through the decisions, systems, and leadership skills that will help you build the practice you want.
You’ll get guidance, insight, and support—while still owning the process and the outcomes for your practice.
-
Absolutely! As we are working together you’ll receive templates, checklists, and tools suited to your current need and to support your practice growth and save time.

Tailored solutions for your unique operational, leadership, or growth challenges
Focused accountability to implement changes effectively
Direct access to a coach who knows your business and can provide actionable advice
Confidential space to discuss sensitive business or team issues
