Your Guides
Lisa Catallo, CCC, RCC
Group Practice Network
As a Canadian therapist who has founded two separate group practices, I know the importance of systems and leadership skills. I have utilized both through my group’s growth process, creating a team of 15+ therapists and adding a second location in less than three years. It is my goal to help Canadian group practice owners feel like they are thriving in their role as CEO of their business, and to feel supported as GPO.
Alison Maratos, BA, BSW, MSW, RSW

Alison is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who owns a group psychotherapy practice in Brantford, Ontario where she specializes in offering therapy, supervision and support to therapists and other allied health professionals. She is also a post-secondary instructor who has used her teaching skills to provide resources and coaching for Canadian group practice owners through Group Practice Network. Alison is passionate about supporting GPO’s in fostering productivity and connection amongst their teams through filling knowledge gaps in administrative and business building practices so they can create more time for themselves and spend less time preaching.

“Can't say enough what a WONDERFUL retreat this was, Lisa. This was truly the perfect experience for me. Body doubling + relaxing + fun time + down time. The most perfect location - driving distance but also quiet and in the mountains. And the most beautiful accommodation I could have hoped for complete with a hot tub?! And walking distance down the hill to the village!? It was incredible. Thank you!!”
