Who I Work With

Helping Canadian Therapists Turn Overwhelm into Opportunity.

If your private practice feels maxed out, you might wonder if starting a group practice is your next move. Maybe it’s been your dream to build a team, create a financial cushion, and have more freedom in your work and personal life.

But the thought of starting a group practice can feel overwhelming. From navigating Canadian legal requirements to figuring out whether to hire employees or contractors, the questions can feel endless.

That’s where I come in. I help Canadian therapists like you transition from working too much and feeling unsure about the next step, to confident, connected, and thriving group practice owners.

How I Discovered My Blended Love for Therapy and Entrepreneurship

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor, I've built not one, but two thriving group practices in British Columbia—with the second practice expanding to two locations in Langley and Surrey. Each step of my journey has been a combination of excitement, challenges, and invaluable learning.

Along with my co-founder, my first group practice Vitality Collective grew from zero to 3 associates and 15 subleasors in under a year.

My second group practice, Panorama Wellness Group, expanded to 13 counsellors, one Occupational Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist in just 18 months — later adding a second practice location and other practitioners.

It’s been a steep learning curve, but through it all, I discovered my passion for blending therapy and entrepreneurship. There’s something exhilarating about watching a carefully crafted business blueprint come to life. Seeing a team of therapists deliver exceptional care to our community and bring my original vision I had “way back when” to fruition is incredibly fulfilling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions •

  • You are inquisitive.

You don’t know what you don’t know, but you’re committed to having someone help you figure things out.

You’re willing to do some hard work. I can’t make this happen for you, but together we can take you from an overwhelmed private practice therapist to a confident group practice owner.

  • I love being a group practice owner and helping others build their dream practice too. I have developed a unique expertise with regard to building a successful group practice. But I am not an expert. Because I never want to stop learning, so I love the fact that I get to:

    • learn from you

    • find answers to the questions you have

    • learn from other professionals who support us and our businesses.

And I want to use all of that knowledge and all of the skills I’ve gained to help you do the same.

As I continue to learn and observe, I walk just that much further ahead of you so that I can share my ups and downs to help you avoid them and become the business person you dream of. I have also learned that just as each person I work with, you also have a different vision for how you want your group practice to look.

Maybe you want a multi-disciplinary clinic. Or you want to have five therapists who all see children. Or maybe you just want to have one other person on board who does therapy the same way that you do. Let’s discover what your ideal group practice looks like and build it together.

  • I have created two paths, designed exclusively for Canadian therapists ready to transition from private practice to building a successful group practice. Our Membership — offering unlimited access to resources, templates, and a supportive community—so you can learn and grow at your own pace, no matter where you are in your business journey. And The Ambition Alliance — a three month commitment with supportive cohort of Canadian therapists, learning the ins and outs of creating and growing a group practice.

  • I have a bunch of kids and two grandchildren! One of my favourite pastimes (and love languages) is to hang out with any or all of them.

I would say that summer is my favourite season because I don’t have to put on socks and shoes or wear a jacket to go outside!
