Helcim Q&A and Demo

If you have been wondering whether there is a more affordable way to process payments inside Jane, this Q&A is for you.

Helcim is a Canadian payment processor that integrates directly with Jane through a browser extension. Since it integrates well, your workflow doesn’t need to change as you continue managing everything in Jane as you always have. The integration simply allows you to process payments through Helcim instead of Jane's built-in processor. For many group practice owners, this will translate to real savings each month.

Scott Hagel from the Helcim team will walk through how the integration works, what the pricing model means in practice, and answer your questions live.

Get Found in AI Search: How Group Practices Can Build Visibility in a Saturated Market

Your ideal clients are out there searching for support right now. But in an increasingly crowded market, showing up in that search is harder than ever. And search itself is changing. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI Overviews to recommend a therapy practice, will yours be in the answer?

This hands-on session is designed specifically for group practice owners who are ready to stop being invisible online without becoming a full-time content creator or hiring an expensive marketing team.

Led by SEO expert Tedi Bezna, you'll walk away with a clear strategy and practical tools your whole team can use, from polishing therapist bios that actually get found, to writing blog posts that position your practice as the go-to resource in your area.

You'll discover how to:

Understand How AI Search Actually Works — Learn how tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews decide which practices to recommend, and what's keeping yours from showing up.

Stand Out in a Saturated Market — Discover what makes AI and search engines choose one practice over another, and how to position your practice as a trusted, credible option even when there's no shortage of competition.

Create Content That Works Practice-Wide — Get a repeatable framework your clinicians can use to write bios and blog posts that strengthen your collective visibility, not just individual profiles.

Use AI Tools Without Losing Your Voice — Learn how to leverage ChatGPT to generate ideas, outlines, and drafts your team can run with, while keeping the authenticity that builds client trust.

Build Authority That Compounds Over Time — Understand how consistent, well-structured content across your practice creates long-term visibility that keeps working even when you're not.

You'll leave with actionable strategies, ready-to-use frameworks, and the confidence to lead your team in building a practice that clients — and AI — can actually find.

Understanding CRA Guidelines for Canadian Group Practices

A conversation with a CRA Liaison Officer

Understanding CRA Guidelines for Canadian Group Practices

This session is presented by a Canada Revenue Agency Liaison Officer I’ve invited into our community for an informative, no-cost presentation open to all Canadian group practice owners.

The CRA Liaison Officer program offers free, confidential support to small business owners across Canada. In this session, you will hear directly from a CRA representative on topics including tax obligations, business deductions, bookkeeping best practices, and CRA's online tools and resources.

We will also be submitting questions about independent contractor relationships in advance, as this is one of the most frequently raised topics among group practice owners. The scope of what the presenter can address may vary, but we will do our best to create space for that conversation.

This is a rare opportunity to get clear, accurate information directly from the source, in a setting built for therapists building and growing group practices in Canada.
