What will I learn in the Group Practice Launchpad?

After you have identified WHO you want to hire, we will dig into how you will bring them into your business. You will build the posting, interviewing and onboarding systems YOU want to simplify your life and instil confidence in your new team members.

Once you have built the foundation it is time to make sure the right people can find you. In this module, we will look at how to position your practice in your market, identify where and how to build referral relationships, and create a marketing and networking plan that actually fits the way you work.
You will leave with a clear picture of who you are trying to reach, where to find them, and how to show up consistently without burning out.

Is Group Practice Launchpad right for me if I’m just starting my private practice?
The Launchpad is designed for established therapists who are building or growing a group practice. If you are brand new to private practice, individual coaching is likely a better fit. Reach out and we can help you figure out the right next step
How much time will I need to commit each week?
That is entirely up to you. Because the program is self-paced, you can move as quickly or as gradually as your schedule allows. Most people find that a couple hours per week keeps things moving without feeling overwhelming.
How long do I have access to the program?
You will have six months of access from the date you enrol. If life gets busy and you aren’t able to complete the material in that time, an additional six months’ access is available for $500.
When are office hours?
Lisa holds open office hours every Tuesday at 9:00 AM Pacific. These are drop-in — no booking required.
Do I have to be Canadian to participate?
Yes and no. Everything in the program is designed for the Canadian context — our financial systems, regulations, and realities as practice owners here. The foundations are applicable regardless of where you live, but the Canadian lens is intentional.
What if I’m not ready to hire yet?
That’s okay. You’ll still benefit from strengthening your systems, leadership mindset, and business foundation so that when you are ready to expand, the path will feel clear and doable. I believe that participating in Ambition Alliance will help you clarify if this is the next step for you (or not).
What kind of support will I get?
You will have access to the full self-paced curriculum, a library of over 100 done-for-you templates, weekly drop-in office hours with Lisa on Tuesdays at 9:00 AM Pacific.
